This guide is useful if you have enough sports activities. I recommend gym and something aerobic – jogging, hand-to-hand combat or something.
Every person has his or her norm of calories. There is a simple way to find an approximate rate – multiply your weight in kilograms by 30. For example, if your weight is 70 – you need 2100 calories. If you want to lose weight – eat 100-300 calories less.
You cannot lose weight infinitely. Your body will stop the process one day. You have to make a break for a week or two.
You should eat 1 gram of protein for 1 kilogram of your weight per day. If you are a sportsman or sportswoman and want to lose weight, you should increase this rate. Some bodybuilders eat 5 gram per kilogram, but this may be harmful, so don’t try this until you are absolutely sure.
